Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) is provided by CO CF IT-SPROUT, officially operating as IT-Sprout.org, with its registered office at VUL.STAROPORTOFRANKIVSKA BUD. 107, KV., ODESKA OBL. 65007, Ukraine (“Company”), and is applicable to any person (“Subscriber”) who wishes to subscribe to our services.

  1. Subscription Services

    The Company offers a subscription model that provides full access to all of our educational programs and mentors. By subscribing, the Subscriber agrees to make recurrent donations to the Company.

  2. Payment

    The Subscriber agrees to make non-refundable payments to the Company in exchange for access to the subscription services. The amount and frequency of these payments will be determined at the time of subscription and may be subject to change.

  3. Cancellation

    The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Subscriber will lose access to all of our educational programs. No refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to cancellation.

  4. Free Modules

    Some of our programs offer free modules. After completing these free modules, the Subscriber will be required to subscribe to continue accessing our programs.

  5. Term and Termination

    This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Subscriber may terminate this Agreement by canceling their subscription. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the Subscriber.

  6. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

By subscribing to our services, the Subscriber agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the Subscriber does not agree to these terms, they should not subscribe to our services.
